AI Assistant Notice
1. Who you are talking to
AURORA is the AI assistant on teamdream.ai. You can type to her or talk to her by voice in the same window, and switch between the two at any time. She tells you she is an AI and never claims to be human. If you would rather speak with a person, ask her, use Book 15 minutes, or message us on WhatsApp.
2. Accuracy and limits
AI can produce answers that are wrong, incomplete or out of date. Please check anything important before you rely on it. AURORA does not give legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
AURORA cannot agree prices, discounts, refunds, credits or any change to a contract. Only a written order, invoice or document pack from Team Dream does that, under our Terms and Conditions.
3. Recording and how we use it
We record what you type and say to AURORA: chat messages, voice audio, transcripts and the summaries made from them. We use them to answer you, to follow up when you ask us to, to keep the service safe, and to improve how our agents work. We keep call recordings for up to 12 months and transcripts for up to 3 years, as our Privacy Policy sets out. We do not sell them.
4. What not to share
Please do not share health information, payment card or bank details, government ID numbers, passwords or anyone else's confidential information. Contact details you choose to give so that we can call or email you back are fine.
5. Your consent and our terms
By chatting or talking with AURORA you consent to the recording described above and agree to our Terms and Conditions and this notice. If you do not agree, please do not use AURORA. You can reach us instead at hello@teamdream.ai.
6. The technology behind AURORA
AURORA runs on third-party voice orchestration, language model and speech technology. Our Sub-processors page lists these providers by category and location, and we share the named list on request at privacy@teamdream.ai. Where a model provider's licence asks us to name it or show its notice, we will add it here.
7. Your choices
You can end a call or close the chat at any time, put a call on hold, or mute your microphone. To see, correct or delete what you shared, email privacy@teamdream.ai; your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Children
AURORA is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
