Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms. You must not use our services, or allow them to be used, to:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy, intellectual property and consumer rights;
- make calls, texts or emails without the consent the law requires, contact people on do-not-call lists, or call outside lawful hours (including under the US TCPA and FCC rules on artificial or AI-generated voices, the Australian Do Not Call Register Act and Spam Act, Canada's CASL, EU and UK electronic marketing rules, and UAE telemarketing rules);
- deceive people, including by hiding that they are speaking to an AI where disclosure is required, or impersonating a real person without their consent;
- create or distribute voice clones of real people without their verifiable consent;
- harass, threaten, discriminate against or exploit anyone, or target children;
- run fraud, phishing, scams, pyramid schemes or unlicensed financial, legal or medical advice;
- make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (such as credit, employment, housing or insurance) without the human review and safeguards the law requires;
- engage in practices prohibited by the EU AI Act, such as manipulative or exploitative techniques or unlawful biometric categorisation;
- collect special-category data, financial account data or government ID numbers through our agents without our written agreement;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the security of our systems or our providers' systems;
- use the services for, or on behalf of, sanctioned persons or destinations.
If you become aware of misuse, tell us at legal@teamdream.ai. We handle suspected breaches as set out in clause 7 of the Terms.
